CTE ANNOUNCES STATE OF THE ART COMMUNICATIONS CENTER
As an industry leader in technology, Conference Technology Enhancements is rolling out its new product called CTE ConferCom. The high tech communications center is designed specifically for conferences and tradeshows.
ConferCom is a suite of products that can be used separately or together to enhance the attendee and exhibitor experience. Modules in the suite include virtual voice mail, virtual e-mail, product and booth locators, session locators, and "friend finder" - a way to locate colleagues who are also attending the same conference/expo.

OTHER PRODUCT AND SERVICE NEWS:
- In September, 1999, CTE rolled out its newly created customer call center. The center, combined with CTE's state of the art ACD call switch, is able to handle live phone registrations, data entry, customer care, and housing. CTE currently has over 20 full-time and 20 part-time customer service representatives working to please our registrants and client organizations.
- Job well done! CTE recently handled a 40,000 registration event in three weeks with a major SMERF (social, military, educational, religious, or fraternal) organization. The CTE operations centers in Park Ridge, Illinois, and Orlando, Florida, did a great job coordinating efforts for a flawless handling of the workload in the midst of the busy season with other clients.
The client has already rebooked with CTE for the next event.
