How does LeadNet work?

 

LeadNet is a web application and runs within a web browser (no app download required).  A few weeks prior to the event, you will receive an email that will include your secure login and password and instructions on how to use LeadNet.  For instructions on how to use LeadNet, please click here to watch the demo video.  If you have any additional questions, please contact us we'll be happy to assist you.

 

Can I use the camera on my device to scan barcodes with LeadNet?

 

No.  To capture an attendee's information with LeadNet, simply type the 4-character LeadNet ID on the name badge.

 

How does the Rover Wireless Lead Retrieval Scanner work?

 

If you've ordered a Rover, you will pick up your Rover on-site at the event in which it has been rented for.  A member of our CTE Lead Retrieval Team will be on-site to assist you with the pick-up and return process, instruct you on how to operate the Rover and answer any questions you may have.

 

What specific attendee information will be made available to me?

 

Typically, the specific attendee information available to you includes first name, last name, title, company, address, phone, fax and email address.  However, the attendee information made available to you information can differentiate per event based on event management business rules.

 

When will I have access to my lead file?

 

If you're using the LeadNet app, you can send your current lead file at any time during the event, as many times as you wish to any email address that you choose .  If you are using the Rover Wireless, upon returning your device back to the CTE Lead Retrieval service desk at the end of the event, you will be given a receipt that will include the email address(s) that your lead file will be sent to and a link to a secure login and password protected webpage w here you can download your lead file.  Lead files are typically available within 1 to 2 hours after the event has ended.

 

What if I have questions about Lead Retrieval while I'm on-site?

I ordered a printer with my Rover Wireless, how does the printer work?

 

Printers are only available for the Rover Wireless Lead Retrieval System and require electricity.  The printer is a receipt style printer and can be plugged into the Rover at the beginning of the event to print a receipt of each attendee's information as their badge is scanned.  You can also wait until the end of the event to plug in your printer and batch print all of your leads at one time.  A member of our Lead Retrieval Team will be on-site and will instruct you on how to use the printer when you pick up your Rover.

 

I purchased a LeadNet license, can I use LeadNet at multiple events?

 

A LeadNet license is purchased for use at one event.  If you wish to use LeadNet for another event where LeadNet is offered, you must purchase another license for that event.

I forgot to return my Rover Wireless after the event, what do I do?

 

If you forgot to return your Rover Wireless at the end of the event, please contact our Lead Retrieval Support Team so they can instruct you on how to safely return the Rover.
