The Rover Lead Retrieval Scanner features a bright, easy to read display and simple one-button scan operation. To capture an attendee's information, simply scan the barcode printed on their name badge. The Rover comes with 20 Standard Follow-up Codes, but for an additional fee you have the option to create your own Custom Follow-up Codes to help you quickly organize and qualify your leads. You can also simply add notes to any lead with the text style keyboard. A wired, receipt style printer can be also be added to your Rover Wireless package for an additional fee. With the printer you can print an attendee's information immediately after their badge has been scanned or wait until the end of the event to batch-print all leads that you have captured. Each Rover Lead Retrieval Scanner will be picked up on-site at the event. A CTE Lead Retrieval Manager will give a quick overview on how to use the Rover and answer any questions you may have, upon pick-up. The Lead Retrieval Manager will be on-site for the duration of the event and will be available to assist you during all exhibit hall hours.
