Intheorious Call for Papers simplifies the entire process and helps you stay organized, from the time a someone submits their information to be considered as a speaker to the very moment before the presentation. Intheorious Call for Papers allows for you to review or assign other team or committee members to review speakers and supports multiple levels and phases of approval. Speakers who have been approved will have access to the Speaker Portal where they can upload their photo, speaker credentials and presentation, submit their A/V requirements, view their schedule and more! Event organizers can use the Administrative Site to view, edit, sort and organize new submissions, upload and download submitted abstracts, add, assign and invite reviewers, monitor reviewers progress, access reports and more!
How it works...
Call for Papers
Invite people to speak at your upcoming event! Speakers can be personally invited or can submit their information on your customized Submission Site to be reviewed and considered.
Invite Known Speakers
Invite the people you wish to speak at your event. Invited speakers will submit their information on the Submission Site to be reviewed.
Invite Speakers At-large
Invite anyone to be considered to speak at your event. Candidates can submit their information on the Submission Site linked from your website.
Review Submissions
Review or assign other team members to review the information and documents you've collected from potential speakers.
Approve
Approved speakers will be notified and given a secure login and password to enter the Speaker Portal where they can submit and upload additional information, request their A/V requirements and more!
Deny
Non-approved speakers will be notified. No further action is required by either party.

Reviewer Site
Assigned reviewers can log-in to the
Review Site to view and score the abstracts they have been selected to review. The review and scoring process is customized based on your
business rules.
Speakers submit their topic, abstract and any demographic information you choose to collect to be considered and reviewed by administration or assigned to a committee for review. The Call for Papers Submission page will be customized for your event using your style sheets, event colors and logo!

In the Administrative Site, administrators can view a list of all abstract submissions to be reviewed. The submissions can also be assigned to a committee(s) for review.
In the "Manuscript List" drop-down menu, submissions can be viewed based on your selection(s).

Selecting a specific Manuscript Title will allow you to view and change the status, assign to a committee for review, send an email to the speaker or committee and view additional session and author information.
