How it works...

Assign Credit Hours

Each session receives the credit hours attributed by your team. Credits may be established in fractional hours.

Credit Hours Entered

Credit hours are entered into the database with the corresponding accredited course.

Attendance Verified

Attendance is verified by a form, ticket or scan at the entrance to record time as required by your organizations business rules.

Certificated Produced

Certificates are produced and can either be mailed or downloaded on a secure, password protected website.

Reports

Reports are created to your specifications.

Evaluations, Surveys, Certificate Production & Session Tracking

Attendees can access the conference evaluation website, custom designed for your event, with a secure login and password. The conference evaluation website header will be branded for your event using your style sheets, event colors and logo!

Attendees enter their personal details required by your business rules.

The evaluation page and behavior is fully customizable to your specifications. Each specific session can have its own unique evaluation in addition to an overall evaluation of the conference. Attendees can save their progress and finish later! Certificates are available to download and print from a secure password protected website.

Certificates will be hosted and available for attendees to retrieve for as long as requested, according to your business rules.

Certificates are generated based on the attendee "type" specified by the attendee and are customized using the branding and text you provide.

As an attendee enters a session, the barcode on their badge is scanned using an iPad and wireless scanner to verify their attendance. The iPad will immediately display either a green "GO" box if the attendee is registered for the session or a red "STOP" box if the attendee is not registered for the session.
